The Stabba NL9 is a Less than Lethal (LtL) Weapon that fires single darts, but reloads just like a shotgun. Unlike other LtL weapons this weapon does a relatively high health damage, allowing Users to kill stunned targets and assist teammates. LTL weapons cause rather high stamina damage which will force the target to their knees to be arrested.
Arresting criminals advances Vigilante progression, which will unlock further LTL weapons. Currently, the NL9 "Higgins" is the most advanced LTL weapon available.
The Stabba NL9 appears to have some kind of red dot sight mounted on the top.
